Buying At Sonora Point Resort
Sonora Point Resort will be a first class, gated, private, full ownership RV destination. After completion, it will be one of the top RV Resorts in Washington State, offering owners and their guests the finest of on-site amenities.
Sonora Point Resort will have 49 lots, 14 of which will be true waterfront lots where the owners will own the land to the high water mark and be able to locate there RV's within 25 feet of the lake.
All sites will be located no more than 300 feet from the lake and no more than 250 feet from the clubhouse and primary amenities.
